The Clayton Hotel Cork City is a 4-star modern seven story hotel. The hotel is superbly located on the banks of the River Lee and facing the splendid architecture of Cork City Hall. The hotel was built in 2005 by Scott Tallon Walker Architects and was brought by the Dalata Hotel group in 2016, since then the bedrooms and ground floor have undergone a complete refurbishment. The Conference & Events Centre is due to be refurbished in summer 2018.

The interior of the hotel is warm with orange, rust and grey tones.

The stunning rooftop Penthouse suite overlooks the city’s skyline, (which covers an area of 130 square metres), is undoubtedly one of Cork’s most exclusive venues, where you can have a room to party or relax and it is fitted with all the latest technology. The room is a spilt level venue with stunning views over Cork City. The Penthouse suite is a popular venue for private events such as summer BBQ’s, Birthday parties, Hen or Christmas parties.

The Clayton Hotel Cork City has 200 newly refurbished bedrooms and is just a 5-minute stroll from shopping, entertainment and the premier business district. Along with the Penthouse the hotel has 7 meeting rooms which will be refurbished in Summer 2018, ClubVitae Health & Leisure club, Essence Spa and the Red Bean Roastry serving a selection of coffees and snacks daily.

The Penthouse Suite will be open from 1pm to 3pm
